The Guest house is ideal for people who are looking for a place to stay if you are flying in late at night and just need a bed before moving on to explore the country, then returning back for 1 or 2 days. you can always use it as a base.

10mins from the airport. and 1/2 hour from dive centers.

The house is very clean, and accommodates our instructors.
We start all the field trips from here and have stores and plenty of space for parking cars.

This is an alternative to hotels for adventure people with full equipment. This is meeting place for people who come to Oman looking for the same types of people, Climbers, trekkers, environmentalists, divers, runners and mountain bikers. This season Kiter's and windsurfers.

The guest house is in Al Khoud area of Muscat.

Rooms

"Most rooms come with bathroom and toilet otherwise it is shared between 2 rooms, there are some family rooms. All rooms are basically furnished with new furniture. There is a living room area set out in a Arabic Majalis style, the dinning room can seat 18 people at a time and there is plenty of space to spread out your equipment to dry or check.

You can be different and sleep out on the roof, watching the stars and meteors in the clear sky's, listening to the sounds of a new world waking up in the morning, feel this culture as you start your holiday. We have plenty of mattresses.

Food

We provide B/B, full board can be given. 100mtr down the road there are a number of good local restaurants for people to try.

Transport

The best and cheapest way is car hire, we can arrange this for you. We do have a transport service to the dive centres and down town. large groups or clubs can use our busses.

We can provide Airport pick up and drop off at a low rate.
