Only 15mins away from the Airport, is a warm, clean and welcoming guesthouse! Located in Al Khoud district, there are several local cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a chance to soak in the local Omani scene.

The new house has been decorated in a modern style blending in the culture and rich history of Oman. The Guest house has no phone, Sat TV or Wifi, it's a retreat.

There is however a good selection of books on Oman's history, nature geology, birds, plants etc, surround sound with a connection for I-pod, the TV has a DVD player with stacks of movies. There are 2 bicycles for your use.

Located next door is a female-only "Four Seasons Spa" offering Balinese and Thai Massage as well as a traditional Moroccan Hammam treatment; perfect treat for your hard worked muscles post your activities with us! And the best bit? You receive a 20% discount if you stay at our guesthouse!
