We are great believers in the value of outdoor education. We specialise in providing safe, fun and educational school trips for students of all ages. Our adventurous trips make the most of the fantastic and varied environments Oman has to offer.
Our school packages are more than just a holiday; they take students out of their comfort zone to ensure they will go home feeling empowered, more confident and more independent. By working closely with your school, we will develop an itinerary that fulfils your aims and objectives for the trip and makes for an unforgettable experience for the students.
Our itineraries generally include a blend of adventure, culture and nature. This allows the students to develop in myriad ways during their time with our fully-qualified and experienced instructors.
We offer packages from one day to extended stays depending on your requirements. We can design bespoke packages to link with curriculum areas, such as subject specific field trips, completing a Duke of Edinburgh expedition or exploring Oman’s historic cultural heritage.
We have experience working with students of all ages, from primary to college students, and from all over the world. Our trips will help students build up their knowledge base year on year.

Heidi Palola, Saudi Aramco Schools
“Our six day trip with Muscat Diving and Adventure Center was outstanding. Justin, Joe and Nicole did a terrific job keeping our 29
students actively engaged and safe in all the activities. Daily organization was top notch and every child had at least one moment of stretching themselves beyond their comfort zone. Saudi Aramco Expatriate Schools will be back for more next year, no doubt!” – Heidi Palola, Saudi Aramco Schools, 6 days, 2014.
“We must go beyond textbooks, go out into the bypaths and untrodden depths of the wilderness and
travel and explore and tell the world the glories of our journey.” – John Hope Franklin
We provide a huge range of outdoor and adventure activities for participants of all ages and abilities, ranging from sea based activities like kayaking and snorkelling, to mountain based activities such as rock climbing and abseiling. Our instructors are enthusiastic, professional and qualified, and safety is their number one priority. They successfully deliver exciting and engaging activity sessions. With years of experience in the industry, instructors manage to push students to achieve their best, build up confidence and finish with a sense of success – individually and as a group. We also own Muscat’s only indoor climbing and abseiling wall which can be used for taster sessions and training purposes.
Cultural & Curriculum-linked
Oman is a great place for students to safely experience a foreign culture and learn about differences and similarities to their home countries. Historic and genuine Arabic traditions and lifestyle can be experienced alongside modern development and changes. By noticing these differences, students undergo a life changing experience and broaden their knowledge about the world. Ancient forts, traditional and abandoned villages, terraced fields, craft centres, traditional souqs and many more are easily accessible.
Oman is also very well suited to provide outdoor field work study in many areas with an extensive range of sites to meet your curriculum and suit your purposes. Mangroves, wadis, coasts, mountains and deserts are playgrounds for hands-on education and present us with all we need to run field work study for all year groups.
All trips may include the following:
- Introduction- aims and hypothesis
- Fieldwork and sampling
- Recording data
- Data Analysis – data presentation
- Review (conclusion and evaluation)
Whatever your requirements are, we will work with you to create a trip that not only meets the curriculum needs but also gives your students a number of unforgettable memories. We cater for all age groups and curricula from primary to secondary section, including IB, A-level, GCSE, British and American curriculum.
